the next page, giving as much information as you can about both
the person(s) you are looking for and the facilities you have to
offer.
Please follow the guidelines below when placing your advert:

Advertising in London?
If you are advertising a room in
London, then please put the borough of London as the
advert town, e.g. Fulham, as the region is listed as
London and it will be easier for people to find your
advert.

What do I put for Advert Town?
Please only enter the major town name
in the advert town field. Do not enter things like NEAR,
SOUTH, BY etc. You can enter other details about where
your property is located within the advert description.

Additional information on the advert
Remember to include the rent amount
you require, frequency, what references and any deposit
you require.

Looking for specific lodgings?
If you are looking for special
lodgings then you can place an advert in the wanted
section, stating your requirements.

the guidelines will be amended and may be removed.
We understand that you may
not want your personal details published on a web site,
therefore we give you five options on how you want to
communicate with enquirers, they are:

address with your advert.

enquirer.

Please choose the option
that you are happiest with. The default option is publish
e-mail only, which will be suitable for most advertisers.
