We also give you the option on both the advertise and reply pages to choose whether you allow us to provide your personal information, for use in marketing, surveys and third party options. If you chose not to take part in that option, then your personal information will remain private to the web sites. If you chose to take part in the option, then we may provide unique information about you to third parties for the purposes of surveying, marketing and promotions.

However this information is sent by you at your own risk. We have no control over this information between yourself and our servers, and of our third parties. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Contacting us using online forms or electronic mail

Information that is sent to us using the contact forms is stored in password protected databases. Information sent via e-mail is stored behind an e-mail and internet firewall. Both these types of information are submitted by yourselves without option, and as such would not be used under any circumstances either on our own web sites or that of a third party, unless agreed by you in writing or as part of the electronic mail.

We would not allow this information to be sent to or used by third parties for the purposes of surveying, marketing and promotions.

Third party websites

This privacy policy does NOT apply to any third party web site that you have accessed via one of our pages. You will need to read the privacy policy on the third party site, and accept it, before submitting any personal information to them.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

One of the advantages of our web sites is our options to keep you anonymous. We therefore care very much about your internet privacy. We will keep up to date on all developments as far as privacy is concerned, and we will give notice here of any future changes to the privacy policy.
